We would like to invite everyone to attend our LAAA Annual Convention, taking place in January this year. It will be a great opportunity to meet up with other professionals in the Agricultural Industry, and we have several topics on the agenda this year that will be of interest to everyone. With safety being a top priority within our industry, we will be discussing new safety measures that can be taken to reduce the number of aviation accidents and drift incidents. With each improved safety measure, our businesses and industry as a whole improves. This Convention will provide us with a chance to work through problems facing our association and a space to find and enact solutions to these problems. By becoming a member of the LAAA you are gaining the power to vote and have an opinion on these pressing issues so that you can be a part of the difference in our industry.
The room block will end December 20, 2024. Be sure to book your hotel prior to this date! The room rate this year is $132.00 per night for the Deluxe King and $152.00 per night for the Deluxe Queen. T-SHIRTS
We are trying something a little different this year. All exhibitors will receive one (1) t-shirt as part of their registration. If you would like any additional t-shirts for this year’s convention, please pre-order through the link below. T-shirt will be $20, and all pre-ordered t-shirts will be handed out during registration. There will be limited quantities available during the convention.

If you would prefer to complete your registration in a physical manner, you may download the form at the bottom of the page by using the link and mailing it in with payment to the address listed. **PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to mail in your registration, there will be an additional $50 processing fee.**
